First Eucharist Ceremony This Weekend
Please pray for our children as they prepare to receive their First Holy Communion on Saturday May 1st at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Pray that they will feel the presence of God’s love. We also pray in gratitude for their parents and all their hard work in helping to prepare the children during this challenging time. May we all be fortified in faith and wisdom.

Gabriel Angels and PREPARES
Gabriel Angels and PREPARES Companions continue Walking with Moms. We are serving 9 families, with 27 children including a preemie, 6 babies and 5 toddlers and their siblings.
Our greatest need in diapers is size 5 and soon toddler pullups
as they toilet train. Although we have boxed clothes from newborn to 36 months, we were not prepared for the preemie who needs such tiny outfits. We are grateful for those who supply gift certificates and laundry & other household cleaners. If you wish to volunteer contact
Roberta Jorgensen at
or Kathleen Tansey/cell 253-653-6074
Please note: the Knights will be collecting items for Gabriel and Prepares projects. The main items needed are diapers sizes 1 to 6 and baby wipes.

Please Continue Your Financial Support
The restrictions on public Masses have seriously impacted our weekly collections. Like most parishes, 90% of our revenue comes from the generous support of our faith community. This generosity supports the many ministries of the church as well as maintenance of the building and grounds, utilities, insurance, and payroll. Please remember our parish in your prayers and by making your regular donation. You may donate through the mail or
via electronic giving by
Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick
If your loved one is in need of anointing, please call the St. Stephens parish office to make arrangements for Fr. Ed to visit. If the person in need of anointing has or is suspected of having COVID-19, we will assist you in connecting with one of the dedicated Priests the Archdiocese has commissioned to administer sacraments to COVID-19 patients.
